Tampa, FL . This is a critical,

100% on-site role

focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and converting

with game-changing technology. Responsibilities

Your Mission: Essential Duties and Responsibilities As an Account Executive, you will manage the customer lifecycle and drive account success: Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain

long-term relationships

with current clients and key stakeholders, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Conversion:

Partner with internal teams to take

qualified, warm leads

and effectively convert them into closed deals, helping the company meet and

exceed sales goals . Customer Advocacy:

Act as the primary liaison between customers and our internal teams (including subject matter experts) to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Service Delivery:

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our technology solutions according to customers\' specific needs and objectives. Communication:

Provide professional and timely customer support through all methods: email, phone, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings. Compensation, Benefits & Work Environment

Compensation:

Base salary of $50,000 – $60,000 , plus

team commission

and

performance-based bonuses . Work Environment:

Experience:

2–4 years

of proven experience in account management, sales, or business development with a

track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets . Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Location:

Must be based in Tampa, FL

and able to work
