Overview

Regional Sales Manager role at RTT Finishing Solutions. This role is responsible for managing the sales process through the distribution channel while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Regional Sales Manager will develop sales strategies to grow distributor accounts, analyze market trends to optimize strategies, and monitor sales performance to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets through the distribution channel Maintain a strong relationship with distributor partners while providing ongoing support and product training Develop and maintain distribution partners in geographies with minimal distribution presence Handle escalated customer issues by liaising with engineering, production and the inside sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction levels Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Attend and participate in bi-annual onsite distributor training events to drive solutions selling techniques and showcase the company’s competitive advantages Monitor performance metrics and sales targets and report on individual distributor and regional results Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales bookings Qualifications & Requirements

3-5 years of technical sales experience (preferably in equipment or systems sales) Proven experience as Regional Sales Manager or similar role Ability to manage multiple distributor accounts while meeting requests and deadlines Experience in successful sales strategy development and execution Proficient in CRM software and sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Ability to travel within the assigned region Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of finishing systems and equipment Understanding of business principles and financial management What We Offer
