– Roanoke, Virginia, USA. This full-time role focuses on managing HVAC residential and contractor sales within a designated territory, developing client relationships, and supporting a Sales Center. Responsibilities

Secure maximum market share and sales dollars consistent with established sales policies and programs. Solicit new accounts and dealers and develop market strategies. Maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts and foster relationships with new ones. Take a proactive approach to sales development and problem solving. Resolve customer relations problems and issues with clients in a timely manner. Serve as a host at dealer meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive trips and other functions. Participate as requested in home product shows, utility-sponsored events, industry associations, etc. Note:

Some sections include additional responsibilities, such as attending training to stay current with product lines and providing professional, courteous interactions with contractors, customers, and employees. Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years sales experience within the HVAC industry. Proven work history in sales and marketing with proficiency in air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level. 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships. Proven success in sales, marketing, operations and leadership roles; proven ability to establish and meet sales goals. Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service. Ability to analyze sales and market data and give quality presentations. Ability to work independently and meet goals within designated time frames. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred). Other Details

Years of Experience: 2-4 years in HVAC industry, preferably with experience in wholesale HVAC equipment supply. Work Environment: Travel required. Physical Demands
