The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation. Provide functional direction and supervision to field team. Effectively perform functions of all clinic team roles and provide coaching and direction; may be responsible for filling one or more roles at a time. Safely operate company-supplied vehicle to and from clinic locations and office when assigned as driver; lift up to 40 lbs. Communicate with customers and business partners to manage difficult customer situations, including pet incidents (bites, reactions and emergency situations). Serve as the primary point of contact for Market Manager on clinic-related issues. Coordinate with leadership at clinic locations to determine optimal clinic location and crowd management; manage issues during clinics. Ensure clinic processes and paperwork are completed accurately. Facilitate sales by leading targeted discussions during daily commutes. Other Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure proper handling of revenues for the day, including deposits. Assist customers in completing paperwork for accurate medical records. Manage crowd, clean up pet waste, and handle disruptive pets; offer available discounts as needed. Load and unload equipment from the vehicle safely; assist in training new partners. Understand Vetco medical recommendations, booster schedule and products. Communicate with store management to build cooperation and business success. Present a clinic report at the end of the shift; obtain the gross sales receipt or SKU movement report as required. Ensure the clinic area is clean and free of trash or equipment at departure. Escalate clinic issues to the Market Manager, Store Manager, and/or Vetco Customer Service via the incident reporting process. Complete all paperwork and checklists; restock rig supplies and product bins. Participate in training related to products, services, policies and procedures. Complete the Clinic Lead reports for each shift. Qualification and Experience

Must be able to perform all clinic job roles and possess outstanding customer service skills with an aptitude for basic sales and an interest in animals; professional appearance and demeanor. Demonstrated leadership and/or experience; able to operate company vehicles and provide functional direction and leadership to a team. Comfort handling and restraining animals within company policy; existing partners must be in good standing. Work Environment

Most duties indoors; travel by passenger vehicle to work locations; some locations may require overnight travel. Physical requirements include bending, kneeling, moving up to 40 pounds, and standing for long periods; risk of injury from improper procedures. Benefits and Equal Opportunity
