Procurement Project Manager – Corporate Affairs & Market Research
Location: Brooklyn, NY – Hybrid (2-4 days onsite per week)
Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Job Title: Procurement Project Manager – Corporate Affairs & Market Research
Key Responsibilities
Draft detailed scope documents for procurement lots, focusing on urgent areas like Public Affairs and Market Research.
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs and Procurement teams to shape procurement strategies and delivery plans.
Engage with stakeholders in the UK and US to gather requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
Assist in vendor mapping and cost benchmarking, coordinating with external partners.
Develop governance materials and reporting for executive reviews.
Ensure compliance with procurement standards and support the transition to new frameworks.
Skills Required
Experience in procurement, contract management, or strategic sourcing, especially in Corporate Affairs.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across different regions.
Ability to write clear scope documents and manage complex procurement processes.
Familiarity with cost optimization and vendor assessment frameworks.
Experience with cross-functional teams and external consultancies.
Knowledge of UK and/or US procurement regulations.
