$46,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from West Florida Foster Care Services, Inc. This fully remote position recruits, trains, licenses/re-licenses and supports foster homes and requires in home visitation. Assist with foster parent orientation and training as well as retention and advocacy. Participate in and provide support/partnership as required and requested to address overall system of care needs. • BA/BS or BSW in a Human Services or related field • Excellent interviewing, perceptual, diagnostic and family assessment skills • Ability to relate and work well with others • Demonstrate professional verbal/oral and written communication skills • Be committed to cultural diversity and have the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with people of varying cultural, racial, and ethnic orientations • Possess or be eligible to obtain professional licensure certification in the State of Florida / through the Florida Certification Board • Maintain a reliable automobile with adequate insurance coverage • Computer and documentation skills that are sufficient to perform essential functions • Willingly sign the agency statement of faith, and agree with mission and vision statement Must live in Tampa Bay, Florida Desired Qualifications
• Bilingual • BA / BS in a human services field • Prior experience in foster care or child welfare Seniority level
