Overview
General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
Base pay and compensation Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Hourly Wage: $14.50 - $27.50 per hour
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed) and may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
