LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join a corporate accounting team in the manufacturing industry. This role will play a key part in supporting the month-end close process and maintaining accurate financial records from a corporate level. Responsibilities
Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes. Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support accruals and other adjusting entries. Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of accounting experience preferred. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation
$50,000-$60,000 Benefits
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision. PTO is offered on an accrual basis. Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law. How to apply
