Job Title : Executive Assistant
Location : Englewood Cliffs, NJ, 07632
Duration : 6+ Month Contract (Extension possible based on performance)
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours

About the Role We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the LPS team and senior leadership. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel, and facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and correspondence in both Korean and English.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.
Support office operations including general affairs coordination and maintaining a productive work environment.
Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and material preparation.
Assist with special projects, committees, and cross‑functional initiatives as needed.
Develop and maintain templates and documentation standards for executive communications.
Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
Proven experience supporting executives in a corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Experience preparing and interpreting business documents and presentations in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a multinational or tech‑driven organization.
Familiarity with executive‑level protocols and travel coordination.
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
