Job Summary The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices. Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on exceptional patient experience and quality outcomes. Qualifications Education: High School graduate or equivalent Experience: Experience or training which will support minimum on-the-job training to perform the required duties. Keyboarding/data entry experience. One (1) year relevant work experience preferred. Licensure, Certification, Registration: National Certification (NCCT or ASCP) or equivalent preferred. Language Skills: Effective communication in English language both written and verbal. Secondary language preferred.
