Overview The Analyst, Data Analytics role at PayPal will analyze data to design and build BI dashboards (in React.Js and Looker) in short timeframes via rapid prototyping and agile development to provide insights that support business decisions. The role involves hands-on development and maintenance of all aspects of BI solutions – ETL, Data Quality, Visualization, Documentation, and Production movement.
Essential Responsibilities Analyze data to provide insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
Deliver recommendations based on data analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analysis processes.
Present findings to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in data analysis practices.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $62,000 to $102,300.
