Job Description

• Lead and manage all HR functions for a manufacturing environment, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Partner with plant leadership to support business goals and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration and support payroll processes.
• Drive initiatives around safety, employee well-being, and continuous improvement.
• Support employee development through training programs, career pathing, and leadership coaching.
• Lead investigations and manage conflict resolution in accordance with best practices and legal standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA requirements, and compliance regulations.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR decision-making.
