Job Description
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR/Recruiting Specialist should have:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry or similar fields is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
