Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR/Recruiting Specialist should have:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry or similar fields is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly pay of approximately $25 to $28.
