Overview Regional Sales Manager –Restaurants – Houston at NCR Voyix. Location: Houston, TX Area | Full-Time
Competitive salary: your annual base starts with 90K - 110k , uncapped commission + bonuses.
What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed regional revenue goals.
Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and market expansion.
Guide full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, solution demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
Build strong relationships with restaurant operators—from GMs to C-suite.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and implementation teams.
Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows.
What You Bring 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, including people management in a quota-carrying environment.

Proven success in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles.
Experience in payments processing, SaaS , or enterprise software sales .
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech trends .
Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.
Bonus Points For Familiarity with solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
