Job Title Housekeeping Manager - Conrad Indianapolis (HOT0C052) Overview Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join the Housekeeping Team. As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower has 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, including The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining. This role entails managing the daily operations of Housekeeping to support the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest service and financial success. Responsibilities Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner Manage daily systems use and management, cost controls and overall profitability, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward Oversee and conduct room inspections Recruit, interview and train team members Qualifications & Attributes The preferred candidate will have a minimum of two years\' supervisory or management experience in a hotel setting. Familiarity with Hilton systems and Luxury/Forbes standards is advantageous.
