Electrical/ Mechanical Operator


Responsible for maintaining and repairing facility equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation in a GMP Radioligand Therapies Production Facility. Duties include preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment support, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and site standards.

Key Duties:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on production, lab, and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment like isolators, filling lines, HVAC, pumps, and control systems.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams (P&IDs, wiring, layouts).
  • Support 24/7 operations and respond to equipment issues as needed.
  • Write/update maintenance procedures and training documents.
  • Calibrate and maintain radiation detection equipment.
  • Accurately complete work orders and use CMMS for documentation.
  • Provide data for spare parts and assist in investigations/CAPA closures.
  • Support equipment startup, commissioning, and cleanroom maintenance.
  • Train and guide junior technicians.
  • Deliver responsive and effective customer support.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated environment
  • : Experience in aseptic fill/finish, radiopharmacy, pharma, or medical devices
  • Training in handling radioactive or hazardous materials is a plus
  • Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, FDA, DEA, and other regulatory standards
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, BMS, and CMMS or similar systems
  • Able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear protective gear
  • Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
