You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance.**Job Description (primary responsibilities)*** Helping with new process development, troubleshooting, and optimization.* Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems.* Designing tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.* Ensuring products are manufactured to meet quality standards.* Developing training materials and conducting training for production teams.* Providing technical support to production teams.**Outcomes / KPIs*** Process Improvements* Manufacturing Efficiency / Cost Savings* NPI Implementations on Time**Requirements**Education* Possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.Experience* Have experience in semiconductor processing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.Skills* Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.* Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.* Be able to design and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality and productivity targets.Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
