Manufacturing Engineer responsible for daily monitoring, maintenance and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality. Develop equipment and process standards, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, assist in new product development, collaborate with project management and cross‑functional teams for installations, new launches, special or capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement throughout the plant. Development of equipment preventive maintenance and use of CAD for tooling, jig and fixture design.
Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
Develop and write equipment and process standards.
Troubleshoot process and equipment problems.
Assist in the development of new products.
Collaborate with project management and cross‑functional teams for installations and new launches.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement throughout the plant.
Develop equipment preventive maintenance procedures.
Use CAD for tooling, jig, and fixture design.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5+ years of related manufacturing experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or other computer‑aided design tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Experience with machining.
Knowledge of robotics and PLC programming.
Work Environment
80% of the time on the production floor and 20% in the office. Temperatures range from cold to very hot, noise levels vary, and occasional fumes are present. Ear protection is mandatory at all times. The role demands the ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities, with minimal supervision after orientation and training.

Contract to Hire, Paris, Kentucky.
Pay And Benefits
Pay range $31.25 - $38.46/hr.
