Overview Manufacturing Assembler at EBR Systems, Inc. Temp to hire position. This role focuses on assembling, testing, and inspecting medical devices, following procedures, and contributing to a collaborative, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble, test, and inspect medical devices according to documented procedures. Adhere to the quality management system. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize assembly processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Comply with all company safety rules and regulations. Support demo product manufacturing and procurement. Support calibration and preventative maintenance program on all production equipment. Perform labeling and final packaging of finished goods devices, following released work instructions. Maintain material controls and perform material cycle counts as needed. Other Duties and Responsibilities Support shipping and receiving activities. Support cycle counts and stocking efforts. Other duties as assigned. Education and Required Experience Minimum High School Diploma Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Clean room experience required. 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferably related to catheter assembly, ceramic dicing, wire bonding, or laser welding. Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proficient with the use of standard medical device equipment. Team-oriented: Works well with others, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to perform effectively under pressure. Flexible availability: Must be willing to work varied schedules as needed. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Salary Range $29.00/hr* *Base pay is one part of total compensation. The offered salary depends on factors including experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and market alignment. Additional compensation may include bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
