Position OverviewA well-established, physician-led orthopedic group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon with a strong focus on shoulder arthroplasty and complex shoulder procedures . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surgeon looking to join a high-volume, patient-focused practice supported by skilled advanced practitioners, on-site imaging, and an experienced surgical team.

Base Salary: $250,000 $350,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus Structure: Collections-based incentive model

- Diagnose and treat a range of shoulder-related conditions, including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative disorders
- Perform advanced shoulder procedures such as total shoulder arthroplasty (anatomic and reverse), arthroscopy, and reconstruction
- Manage all aspects of preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Collaborate closely with on-site physical therapy teams to ensure optimized patient outcomes
- Optionally provide sports knee care and in-office procedures (e.g., ultrasound-guided injections)
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation within the EMR system
- Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
- Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine or Shoulder & Elbow Surgery
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure (MD or DO)
- Expertise in shoulder reconstruction and joint replacement techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
