Pediatrix Medical Group is excited to announce the expansion of our Neonatology services in Appleton, Wisconsin! This is an incredible opportunity for a Neonatologist to join our brand new practice, working in a supportive environment focused on family-centered care.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover the newborn nursery, ensuring high-quality healthcare.
- Participate in a team of 4 Neonatologists providing care in a Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery at St. Elizabeth.
- Provide 24/7 in-house coverage along with day rounding as part of the schedule.
- Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and clinical research projects.
- Exchange best practices and ideas with thousands of Pediatrix providers across over 400 NICUs.
- Welcome to both experienced providers and newly graduated fellows; however, locum candidates will not be accepted.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Completion of a Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine prior to start date.
- Wisconsin medical license or willingness to obtain one.
- DEA license required prior to commencement.
- Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start).
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (required).
- Active Wisconsin medical license (or willingness to obtain) required.
- DEA must be obtained prior to starting the position (no exemptions).
