You ll work alongside an experienced surgical team at a designated Level II Trauma Center serving Northern Santa Barbara and Southern San Luis Obispo Counties, where your skills truly make an impact.

What You Bring

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $450,000 (91 primary 24-hour shifts included)
  • Shift Add-On: $2,380 per additional shift
  • Signing Bonus: $50,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
  • Production Incentives: Additional wRVU incentives provided
