Overview Production Engineer role at Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe). Provide leadership to operations in an assigned production department with coordination with Production, Maintenance, and Headquarters to meet internal and external customer requirements. Responsibilities Develop and maintain engineering documents such as Work Standards, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Work Instructions. Monitor daily production efficiency and implement activities to meet KPIs. Ensure product and process quality meets specifications. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning the production process, logistics flow, and equipment layout. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process improvement. Implement continuous improvement activities for scrap reduction, cycle time reduction, and downtime reduction. Ensure adherence to standard data collection, documentation, and reporting. Generate and implement improvement ideas for cost reduction, labor savings, material flow optimization, and safety. Communicate with QA, Maintenance, Research, HQ, and Business service staff to resolve issues. Ensure production teams use standardized work and consistent practices across shifts and areas. Review process/machine/tooling specifications and confirm manufacturing specs. Support training of production members about products and processes. Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies. May perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering Ability to draw using CAD software; Autodesk experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Verbal and written communication skills Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred but not required Cerificates, Licenses, and Registrations: None Required Working Conditions Office setting, repetitive standing, walking within and between buildings.
