Job Description Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: • Speak and write English • Be comfortable talking to the many walk-ins we have at the office • Be comfortable speaking by telephone • Have at least basic computer skills • Be comfortable working in a "Team" environment

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: • Speak fluent Spanish (highly preferred)

Responsibilities: • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the front desk. • Answer questions regarding licensing procedures, registration renewals, and general office inquiries • Process registration renewals and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness • File, organize, and maintain records • Provide support with data entry and updating licensing databases • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations • Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
