Job Summary Interacts daily with confidential student records and information. Answers telephone, assesses callers' needs, determines priority, and routes information to the appropriate staff member. Greets and checks in all OSC visitors and provides general office information. Schedules appointments for hearing officers; processes requests for Dean's evaluation forms, study abroad, and other disciplinary records checks. Prepares files for review. Monitors general office email account. Sends and responds to emails as requested. Assists with daily record keeping within OSC database. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Experience working with confidential information SKILLS

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to work in a busy and dynamic public space Ability to operate in a professional environment and to respect and support students Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information using multiple mediums Demonstrates high levels of integrity Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires sedentary work as well as periods of moving about the workplace or campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation.

Work Hours
15 - 20 hours per week, not to exceed 29 hours per week across all campus positions.
Work is scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
