Dietary Aide
to join our team. This role is essential in helping provide nutritious, high-quality meals and a positive dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving meals for residents, staff, and special events as directed by the Dietary Manager.
Serve food and snacks according to the planned menu, resident preferences, and dietary restrictions.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas after each meal.
Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment, ensuring all items are properly cleaned and stored.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager to support smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food preparation or service preferred, but not required—training will be provided.
A caring and positive attitude with a genuine desire to improve residents’ quality of life.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff and residents.
Commitment to maintaining safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
