Executive Assistant

$100K-$110K Base + Annual Performance Bonus

Onsite in downtown Denver Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

About the Role
Our client is a leading global consulting organization that partners with corporations, law firms, and public-sector entities to solve complex business, financial, and strategic challenges. The Executive Assistant will provide senior-level administrative support to firm leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent follow-through on key initiatives. This position requires strong organizational instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership: Serve as a primary point of contact and organizational support for senior leaders, maintaining awareness of priorities, deadlines, and firm initiatives.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, coordinate high-volume meetings, and arrange travel logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Meeting Preparation: Draft agendas, compile materials, create presentations, and capture follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
  • Expense & Document Management: Process reimbursements, maintain organized records, and ensure timely completion of administrative workflows.
  • Information Tracking: Maintain confidential files, contact lists, and project databases; ensure data accuracy and version control.
  • Research & Case Assistance: Conduct background research and compile documents using online databases and internal systems.
  • Special Assignments: Support cross-functional projects such as process audits, reporting, or coordination of leadership events.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to executives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM or document management software a plus.
  • Experience in consulting, legal, or other professional services environments preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
