Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in manual software testing, with at least 3 years focused on POS systems and payment processing.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
• Advanced proficiency with PractiTest and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of payment lifecycle, including EMV, NFC, and contactless transactions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior QA engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hardware testing (e.g., card readers, receipt printers, barcode scanners).
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and payment security standards.
• Exposure to automated testing tools is a plus.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
