Base pay range

$29.34/hr - $37.43/hr

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Business Support: Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations
• Process Improvement: Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
• Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
