Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Overview

Warehouse Janitor position at a large warehouse facility in Riverside, CA. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30pm, with OT as required.

Minimum requirements

• 1 year of recent janitorial experience in a warehouse or similar industrial environment.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must have steel toe boots
• Must be able to coordinate cleaning tasks around rotating worker shifts and identify optimal times to clean shared spaces and offices.
• Prior experience in roles such as Custodian, Facility Maintenance Worker, Industrial Janitor, Sanitation Worker, Building Porter, or Housekeeping Attendant is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and shared/common areas in a large warehouse facility.
• Regularly sweep, mop, and remove tracked-in dirt from office floors located near active warehouse areas.
• Empty trash and restock supplies in shared spaces as needed.
• Identify and coordinate the best times to clean high-traffic areas without disrupting warehouse operations (multiple shift changes throughout the day).
• Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule to ensure shared spaces remain safe, clean, and ready for use at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and facility cleanliness standards.
