Job Description
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring smooth front-office operations and professional communication across the organization. This position requires strong organizational and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, applicants, vendors, and other visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery to staff.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare conference rooms for events or training sessions.
- Monitor visitor logbooks, issue badges, and follow all office security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, front-desk operations, and calendar management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personable, proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
