Hiring Immediately!!! CHHA - Long Valley, NJ Overnight Shift. This position is open and seeking qualified Certified Home Health Aides to support clients in Warren and Morris Counties.

Compensation

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr. Pay is determined by skills and experience; discuss details with your recruiter. The compensation may include mileage incentives based on travel distance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing and bathing.
• Support IADLs including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide compassionate, professional care while maintaining safety and independence for clients.
• Document client information and care details; communicate changes to the Director of Nursing (DON) and supervising Registered Nurse.
• Fill in for same-day call outs as needed and communicate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited CHHA program and hold a current state certification.
• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
• Be able to pass a background check and provide two references.
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results.
• Must be able to perform duties with animal-friendly policies as required.
