Overview

Hardware Technician – Entry Level (IT Support). We’re hiring a Hardware Technician to support our IT operations and provide hands-on technical assistance to end users. This is a great role for someone early in their IT career who wants real-world experience, training, and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, configure, and deploy hardware and software
• Provision workstations and manage IT inventory/assets
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and basic network issues
• Handle inbound tickets, calls, and emails (Level 1 support)
• Update documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
• Support onsite client visits as needed

What You Bring

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
• Familiarity with Windows (macOS a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet when needed

Nice to Have

• CompTIA A+ or similar certification
• Experience with ticketing tools
• Interest in pursuing an IT career path
