Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Boca Raton, FL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. Tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Ability to develop job descriptions and post job ads effectively
• Proficiency in conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews
• Strong coordination and communication skills with hiring managers
• Familiarity with managing candidate databases and recruitment software
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the Aviation, Industrial, Commercial, or Hospitality sectors is beneficial
