We are currently looking for a HR Recruiter in the Orlando, FL area. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary responsibility of this role is to support and execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
  • Execute full recruiting cycle including research/evaluation, sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding.
  • Carry out campus recruiting to fill entry level staff and intern positions.
  • Develop relationships with colleges and universities to establish a pipeline of qualified recent graduates to fill vacant positions within the company.
  • Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
  • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
  • Create robust sourcing strategies for assigned jobs, and executing against those plans to identify and evaluate potential candidates, and ultimately build a slate of the qualified candidates.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field (required).
  • Minimum of one year of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferably Dayforce
  • Minimum of one year of Human Resources experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Word and Excel. Working knowledge in PowerPoint helpful.
  • Knowledge in full Microsoft suite (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint)
  • Clear written and verbal communications.

  • Experience sourcing candidates from multiple sources.
  • Less than 20% travel

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum one year of full cycle recruiting in a high volume fast paced environment.
