A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Human Resources Team, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications
• Manage multiple priorities while sourcing talent for specialized technical roles and tracking recruiting metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment
• At least 5 years' experience in high-volume recruiting in targeted geographic areas or technical specialties
• Prior experience recruiting in the A / E / C industry is highly desired
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
