Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to support our CEO. You’ll handle traditional Executive Assistant duties and thrive in a non-traditional, often high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars across time zones
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, events, and logistics—often with little notice
  • Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and action tracking to help keep projects on schedule
  • Provide support outside of traditional work hours as needed (evenings/weekends availability required)
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline executive workflows
  • Support personal tasks and errands as needed to optimize time management

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 2 in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in high-responsibility roles with little oversight
  • Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and resourceful—no task is too small or too large
  • Able to keep cool under pressure and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach
  • Highly adaptable with strong intuition for shifting priorities and needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing and able to work a non-traditional schedule (availability during evenings, weekends, or outside standard business hours as needed)
  • HR experience or familiarity with People Operations is a strong plus
  • Office management experience is also a plus, especially in supporting onsite operations or team logistics

What we offer

  • Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Competitive equity package
