Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Document Management
  • Data Entry & Reporting
  • Office Coordination
  • Administrative Support
    • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
    • Maintain organized office files, both digital and physical.
  • Document Management
    • Help prepare and organize project documentation, contracts, and invoices.
    • Support claims specialists and project managers with uploading and tracking files.
  • Data Entry & Reporting
    • Accurately input information into the company\'s CRM and office systems.
    • Generate internal reports as needed to support operations and project tracking.
  • Office Coordination
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
    • Maintain a clean, organized office environment.
    • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
