What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Screening business within the Financial Crimes Compliance division - Motivate and educate internal sales teams on FCC transaction monitoring solutions - Conduct research and planning to develop product strategies and roadmaps - Collaborate with marketing and professional services to enhance market presence and customer management - Stay updated on regulatory trends and emerging data technologies to inform strategy
What is Required (Qualifications): - Advanced knowledge of FinCEN and FFIEC guidance, with a minimum of five years of experience in complex investigations - Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to work in a global, matrixed organization - Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders - Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities - Domain expertise in the Financial Crimes Compliance space
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their applications in business processes
