Responsibilities
Lead the business platform capabilities and build core foundational constructs used across multiple applications, from solopreneur to enterprise solutions.
Drive technical strategy and delivery of AI‑powered solutions; define target‑state architecture for durable platform capabilities that support many teams and millions of customers.
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering leaders to align roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and accelerate outcomes.
Influence teams across Intuit to revolutionize product and service experiences through platform enablement.
Champion an open platform mindset, fostering internal and external community contributions.
Operate at high velocity, make informed decisions, and maintain a culture of operational excellence—security, availability, scalability, resilience, and performance.
Recruit, coach, and build high‑performing engineering teams, driving talent development and accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 15+ years of software industry experience, including 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality SaaS/PaaS platforms for millions of customers and leverage AI to transform product experiences.
Experience partnering with senior business and engineering leaders to influence organizational decisions and lead large distributed development teams.
Strong judgment in trade‑offs between short and long‑term goals, with a track record of successful decision‑making.
Deep operational excellence experience and proven process improvements in product delivery.
Hands‑on knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), data engineering, and analytics, with ability to use data insights for product refinement.
Comprehensive understanding of big data, machine learning, and emerging technology trends.
Compensation Base salary: $297,000 – $402,000 (Bay Area, CA). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits as per Intuit plans.
