This is a full time opportunity based in the Phoenix area with a growing technology organization that supports a wide range of internal users and systems. The team handles everything from hardware setup and software troubleshooting to user account management and ticket resolution across Windows based environments. You'll work closely with IT leadership and other departments to keep operations running smoothly while getting hands on experience with new technologies and tools.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Degree or equivalent preferred
Customer service experience in a call center environment
Help desk or technical support experience preferred
Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting Office 365 applications
Ability to install and troubleshoot software
Ability to configure and support internet browsers
Mobile application support experience
Microsoft Office Products knowledge
Desired Skills & Experience
Certifications in Microsoft O365 or Azure
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in team environments
