Based out of LaGrange GA they are looking to hire an IT Help Desk Support Technician II on a CTH basis. Windows 7, 10, 11 set up and support Office 365 support Desktop and label printer support SMB network basic troubleshooting and support Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent. Works under moderate supervision. Requires 2-4 years of related experience. Desired Skills & Experience

Windows server administration Office 365 administration Desktop set up scripting PowerShell scripting Responsibilities

Provides phone, manufacturing floor and remote support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity. Responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools. Benefits
