Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory using advanced scanning technology.
Responsibilities
Perform shipping and receiving duties efficiently.
Stock shelves, sort packages, and organize items accurately.
Utilize an RF scanner for scanning, labeling, marking, and inventory tasks.
Handle material using a manual pallet jack and other equipment as needed.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of orders.
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor and warehouse operations.
Ability to handle shipping, stocking, and manual pallet jack operations.
Proficiency in using RF scanners and scan guns.
Capability to perform inventory tasks and organize stock efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred experience in warehouse settings, but not mandatory.
0 - 6 months of related experience.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles navigated by forklifts and hand carts. The warehouse maintains safety-conscious operations. No cellphones or electronics are allowed during work hours. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons, with heating in winter and fans and water coolers in summer. Dress in light, breathable layers, and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
