Our client is a top firm seeking a mid-level trademark attorney for its San Diego, Irvine, or San Francisco offices. This role involves trademark prosecution and enforcement. The salary range is $175k to $250k.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
Substantial experience drafting responses to USPTO Office Actions and handling TTAB proceedings. Enforcement experience including demand letters, take-down notices, etc.
Trademark counseling and portfolio management is a plus, as well as IP-related litigation, although not required.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Team focused.
California State Bar admission.
