Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer
Our client, an investment bank with HQ in NYC, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CFO. They are looking for someone with 5+ years of consistent administrative experience, supporting senior executive(s) in a fast paced corporate environment.
Salary: 95k–110k+
Free breakfast and lunch; 401k
4 days in office; Fridays remote; 8:30‑5:30
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the CFO including calendar management, travel arrangements, and personal matters.
Assist the finance department with invoices and expenses.
Liaise between the CFO and internal teams, acting as the primary gatekeeper and fielding incoming calls and emails.
Schedule action items and follow up as needed.
Assist with recruiting for the Summer Intern Program.
Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conferences, video calls, events, and appointments.
Process expense reports.
Perform personal assistant duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast paced, corporate environment.
Experience supporting senior executive(s).
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred/required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to take constructive feedback.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
