Onsite Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 (commensurate with experience) Key Responsibilities
Handling appellate cases in state and federal courts. Reviewing trial records and drafting persuasive briefs. Analyzing and framing legal and factual issues aligned with the appellate standard of review. Conducting extensive legal research and presenting oral arguments. Key Requirements
2 to 7 years of appellate experience. Proficiency in state and federal civil and appellate procedures. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills. Admission to the Florida Bar. Preferred Skills
Experience with high-level civil appeals in areas such as commercial litigation, insurance, products liability, and class actions. Proven ability to handle a wide variety of extraordinary relief proceedings.
