POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic detail‑oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to oversee and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. This role is ideal for an energetic professional with 2‑4 years of marketing experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take ownership of impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for both Hansen Technologies and Hardy Process Solutions product lines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Presence Management

Manage and update company websites to ensure fresh, accurate, and engaging content.

Oversee company LinkedIn and social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Email Marketing & Communications

Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.

Track and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Marketing Collateral & Initiatives

Publish marketing collateral including product literature, customer testimonials, success stories, case studies, and reference information.

Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning.

Manage and update pricing and related communications to internal and external stakeholders.

Events & Trade Shows

Plan and execute trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, promotions, and lead follow‑up.

Coordinate with sales and product teams to maximize ROI from events.

Advertising & Budget Management

Manage advertising activities, including digital ads, print ads, and industry publications.

Track and manage the advertising budget to ensure cost‑effective spending.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales, product management, and leadership to align marketing communications with business objectives.

Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, web analytics, and key marketing metrics.

Other

– Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related roles.

Demonstrated success managing websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar.

Experience coordinating trade shows and/or events.

Strong skills in MS Office Suite; design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) a plus.
