Marketing and Brand Specialist We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, data‑aware, and possesses strong creative and written communication skills. You thrive on managing multiple projects simultaneously and are eager to take ownership of execution from start to finish. This hybrid role is based out of our Columbus offices and works across several locations: a corporate location in downtown Columbus, our pharmacy location in Northwest Columbus, and remotely across the U.S.
Responsibilities
Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns: Assist in the hands‑on execution and daily optimization of digital and offline marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, paid media, and events.
Manage paid digital execution: Support the setup, monitoring, and performance tracking of paid digital campaigns, including Google Search Ads and social media advertising.
Create and own content: Write, edit, and coordinate high‑quality content, including blog posts, email copy, website landing pages, and social media updates, ensuring brand voice consistency.
Support brand consistency: Act as a brand champion, ensuring all external and internal materials adhere to established brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
Develop collateral: Coordinate the creation of marketing and sales materials such as brochures, case studies, pitch decks, and one‑pagers.
Digital channels & analytics: Track, monitor, and summarize campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools. Utilize platforms like HubSpot to support email campaigns and automated workflows.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, product launches, and customer experience improvements.
Coordinate event logistics: Coordinate logistics and promotion for virtual and in‑person marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
Qualifications
5–6 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS.
Proven proficiency in key marketing tools, including HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in executing or supporting paid digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Search Ads).
Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail and brand voice.
Data‑aware mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and summarizing campaign performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong relationship‑building skills to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
Preferred
Experience in a startup or fast‑paced, high‑growth environment is a plus.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in digital marketing.
