Overview Responsible for the direction and coordination of the business and operational activities of the departments assigned to
Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia . As a member of the executive team, this position directs and oversees the implementation of program development goals as outlined in the strategic plan for the facility, identifies necessary physician recruitment needs, and provides direct oversight for specific departments as outlined in the organizational chart.

Qualifications
Master's in Healthcare Administration or MBA required.
5+ years of leadership experience in an inpatient, acute care hospital setting overseeing operations.
Director or Vice President, Operations experience required.
