In a market where material escalation and long lead items significantly impact a project’s success, our team is focused on reducing the risk. Evolve provides a turn‑key solution utilizing our Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) workflow that allows concurrent design and construction activities which results in accelerated material onsite for critical path items and increased cost certainty by onboarding trade partners early. We are currently providing integrative steel design IPD on $200 million corporate campus, a new greenfield urban mixed‑use high‑rise campus, and 2.5 city block redevelopment for an urban YMCA and urban housing. Our philosophy starts with technical excellence and understanding the downstream construction needs of our partners. We believe our emphasis on technology and process‑oriented project management gives us an advantage in an industry that has traditionally been slow to adopt change.
